Open Question: I want to move to a small town.?

Does any one know where I can find a small town (about 3000 people), with an elementary and a high school, with a market, a cafe, church and maybe even a bar. I want it to be in a woodsy area that gets a decent amount of snow. Very tv-ish with everyone knowing everyone. I would love for there to be regular town meetings and festivals and stuff like that. Plenty of stuff to do for young children. I am okay with some amount of clique-ie. As long as i can find a clique I can fit into. :)I am interested in but not limited too montana, wyoming, colorado, texas... etc. But am open to suggestions except Utah.
